A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a string three cargo vehicles.

On November 12, 2018, the Defendant, at around 07:40 on November 12, 2018, driven the foregoing cargo vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance, and had the Defendant enter the said expressway at the Nowon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, where 5km in the direction of Seoul, to enter the border.

Since there is a white solid line, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving service is thoroughly in front and safely operate the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim G (the 73 years old) who was on the part of the Defendant’s driver’s B's 3 freight trucking from the above occupational negligence for approximately 6 weeks, such as the left-hand pelke, and damaged the victim C (the 71 year old) who was driving the said Trac Trac Track in need of treatment for about 3 weeks, and damaged the victim E (the 59 years old) who was driving the said Poc Pocing in need of treatment for about 5 weeks of the left-hand pelke, etc., and damaged the victim H (the 28 years old) who was on the above Pocing Pocing in the cargo trucking from the above Pocing Pocing in need of treatment for about 2 weeks, and at the same time damaged the F Pocing in excess of 1810,000 won of the market value.
