The defendant is not guilty. The summary of this judgment shall be announced publicly.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with Cire as a driver.

On June 21, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at around 12:20, and proceeded at about 20 km in the speed of the road near the main construction distance in the Bosa City, Bosa City, with three-lane roads near the main construction distance, one-lane from the boundary of the water office distance to that of the same Ambassador.

The location is near the private road crossing where signal lights are installed, and there are vehicles standing on the front side of the defendant in accordance with the stop signal, so in such cases, if there is a vehicle waiting for signal as well as the front side of the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to accurately operate the brake system in advance and prevent the collision with the front vehicle.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence that the Defendant was unable to accurately operate the brakes without properly putting the front door on the two-lane road, the Defendant: (a) obtained from the victim D(58 years of age to the upper right-hand part of the Eran vehicle operated by the Defendant on the upper right-hand part of the said Eran vehicle; and (b) destroyed the said Eran vehicle to have an amount equivalent to KRW 464,913 in repairing expenses, such as exchanging the fluor, etc.; (c) did not immediately stop and check the degree of the damage; and (d) did not report the occurrence of the accident; and (e) operated the said fluor vehicle from the front side of the said f (47 years of age) going through a traffic signal at the upper right-hand part of the said fluor vehicle; and (e) did not immediately remove the said fluor vehicle from the front side of the said fluor vehicle; and (e) did not report the occurrence of the said fluor vehicle to the extent of damage and damage to the said vehicle.

2. The purport of Article 54(1) of the Road Traffic Act is to take place on roads.
