1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on December 18, 2020 by the withdrawal of the lawsuit.

2. The costs of the lawsuit after the fixed date has been fixed.

On December 18, 2020, the Plaintiff appeared on the date of the second pleading and expressed his/her intent to withdraw the instant lawsuit, and the fact that the Defendant and the Defendant’s legal representative present on the date of the said pleading consent to the withdrawal is apparent in the record.

According to the above facts, the lawsuit of this case was terminated by the withdrawal of the plaintiff's lawsuit on December 18, 2020, and thus, pursuant to Articles 266 and 67 of the Civil Procedure Act, the court decides to declare the termination of the lawsuit in accordance with the judgment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
