Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In fact, on May 3, 2011, at the restaurant operated by C on May 3, 2011, the victim B, who was requested by C, changed the 100,000 won check into cash, and the said check was deposited into financial institutions by B upon C’s request. B 구의원이 횟집할 때 도배업체 사장님이 회집에서 지갑을 빠뜨리고 갔고 나중에 찾으러 왔는데 B가 지갑이 없었다고 합니다. 지갑에는 수표 포함 현금 등 약 500만원 이상 있었고 나중에 B가 삼성동인가 어디에서 입금하다 경찰에 발각이 되었다네요. 구의원 출마 전이라 구의원 선거 끝나고 주겠다고 하고 구의원 당선 후 주지 않아서 진정을 넣었다는 소문이네요. 정확한 사실 좀 부탁드립니다. 거짓 소문이면 천만 다행이고 사실이라면 도둑놈한테 E구를 맡길 수 없지 안씁니까”라는 내용의 글을 작성하였다.
