Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with labor for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 5, 2012 and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on September 3, 2012
