A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on June 17, 2013;

2. Crimes committed between July 5, 2013 and July 6, 2013

A.
