A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

One cuter (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in Busan District Court on February 9, 2012, and one year of suspended execution, and the theft was sentenced to more than one more times.

1. On February 13, 2015, at least 02:41, the Defendant habitually stolen property of the victims 13 times, from that time, from that time to July 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a metal safe consisting of 2.10,00 won in cash owned by the victim, who was placed in the calculation unit, after opening a crime prevention window installed on the window in the above restaurant; and (b) committed a theft with a metal safe consisting of 2.10,000 won in cash located in the calculation unit, from that time, the Defendant stolen property of the victims 13 times, as described in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

2. The Defendant of an unlawful use of air defense, or an unlawful use air defense event is anticipated to register the FM3 car that was stolen with a stolen vehicle and to arrest the vehicle as stipulated in paragraph (10) of the crime day list, and thus, intended to operate the vehicle by attaching the number plate of the other vehicle to the above vehicle. On April 14, 2015, around 23:30 of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the Defendant arbitrarily attached the front and rear number plate of the H Poter freight that was stolen, such as paragraph (11) of the crime day list, to the front and rear of the H Poter, and operated the said 3 car at the Busan FM3 car from July 27, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant used a car number plate which is an air straw for the purpose of exercising it unlawfully, and exercised a car number plate which is an air strawing which is an illegal use.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On April 14, 2015, around 04:20, the Defendant driven the said SM3 car without a car driver’s license from the front side of the 3rd Sungbuk-ro, 860, Busan, Dongyang-ro, Busan, to approximately 2 km from the 3rd-ro, Busan, Dongsan-ro, Busan, to the 55th day of the 55th day off.

B. On April 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00, from the 22nd direction of the Seongbuk-gu, Busan to the 16.5km from the 22nd direction to the Busan Gangseo-gu.
