On March 30, 2016, at around 21:09, the Defendant driven B car under the influence of alcohol content of about 300 meters at approximately 0.170% while under the influence of alcohol at the front of the future hospital located in the person’s Dong on the pen road located in the Yellow-si, Sinsi.
