A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From July 8, 2017, around 15:00 on July 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s cash 15,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 15,000 won in T-Won Card 1,000 won in a park following Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the market price of the victim’s farmland; and (b) stolen the victim’s cash 15,000 won and T-Won Card 1.
2. Larceny against victims E;
A. On July 18, 2017, at around 20:57, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with 2 brush equivalent to 30,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, which was located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in the “G Mart” for the management of the victim E, located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the surveillance of employees.
B. On August 12, 2017, the Defendant cut off the victim’s market price at the same place as in the same manner at around 15:50,00, with 15,000 square meters, at the same time and at the same time.
3.
