【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant was the representative director of the “E” corporation for the purpose of leasing real estate in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Although the Defendant tried to engage in the business of acquiring and selling the right to sell apartment units in Yangju-si, Jeonju-si (hereinafter referred to as “ apartment”), the Defendant borrowed money from F on May 2009 due to insufficient funds, and decided to acquire the right to sell apartment units to the victims of the apartment units in Yang Chang-si, 300 households.
