1. Basic facts

A. The Seoul National Institute of Science and Technology, Seoul National Institute of Education, Jeonnam University, Jeonnam University, Gwangju Educational University, Gangwon Educational University, Chuncheon Educational University, Chungcheong National University, Chungcheong National University, Korean Teachers’ University, and Changwon National University established and managed by the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “each of the above universities”).

B. The Defendants are non-corporate associations that were created by the nature of their voluntary supporters’ association for the insufficient educational facilities and operation expenses of each national university of this case.

After having confirmed the business plan through the consent of the president and the resolution of the board of directors, the Defendants held the first board of directors each year to deliberate and decide on the budget bill for the pertinent school year, and accordingly decided the membership fee.

After all, the president of each of the Defendants issued a written notice of registration fees to the effect that each of the instant national university collection officers will pay in lump sum the admission fees, tuition fees, and membership fees to the students who want to register in the new semester under the joint name with the revenue collection officers belonging to each of

The above notice was divided into the amount of each of the detailed items of admission fees, tuition fees, and dues for school supporting dues to be received by the head of the school supporting organization, but the payment period and method did not vary.

Accordingly, there was no case of allowing the payment of the dues for the payment of the dues separately from the admission fees or tuition fees.

C. Meanwhile, the respective rules of the Defendants stipulate that the guardian of the student attending the school shall be an ordinary member of the sexual conference.

The details of the Plaintiffs’ membership fees paid to the Defendants are as shown in the “total claim amount” list of the claims amount in attached Forms 2 through 14.
