1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,82,498 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 4, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. The part dismissing the Plaintiff also claims damages for delay from January 30, 2018 to the delivery date of the duplicate of the instant complaint. However, there is no evidence suggesting that the Plaintiff filed a claim for return of unjust enrichment with the Defendant before filing the instant suit due to an obligation without setting a deadline for return of unjust enrichment. Therefore, the part on damages for delay before serving the duplicate of the instant complaint cannot be recognized.
