Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven a B B B B mountain-pon vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.070% until the Defendant reaches the front of the Kamyang-dong 209-3, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, the trade name of which is in front of the Kamyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, the Defendant was aware of.
