Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (n, 48 years old) are married with each other, and the victim C (n, 20 years old) is a child born between South and North Korea of the victim B.

1. At around 01:40 on July 21, 2019, the injured Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Young-gu, Young-gu, U.S.-gu, U.S.-si; (b) was asked from the victim B about why he would drink together; and (c) was asked from the victim B about why he would be mixed; and (d) turned the victim’s body by a sudden reason; and (e) when the victim’s face is knee-free, the victim’s face was kne-free and the victim could not know the number of days of the treatment; and (e) the victim was 2, the victim was

The Defendant assaulted the victim at the time and place described in the above Paragraph 1, and at the time and place, as described in the above Paragraph 1, the victim C, who was aware of the Defendant’s injury to B, would have heard the phrase “I will see whether I will come to go to the place. I will?” and assaulted the victim by taking the face of the victim by drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted as above and interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers in relation to crime prevention, suppression and investigation.
