Defendant

A is the representative director of E in Gyeonggi-si, and Defendant B is a person who leases and actually operates a cafeteria from the above corporation C, and Defendant C is a corporation established for the purpose of the operation of golf courses.

1. It shall not make a transaction by credit cards in the name of Defendant A, other credit card merchants;

Nevertheless, from August 8, 2013 to November 12, 2013, the Defendant settled the total of KRW 213,356,000,00 in the name of the F golf course store in the FF golf course operated by the said C, as the credit card, etc. used by the said C was seized due to the business difficulties of the said C, the Defendant settled the total of KRW 2,186,00 in the name of the FF golf course store in the name of the FF cafeteria.

2. No person shall lend the name of Defendant B credit card merchant to another person;

Nevertheless, the Defendant lent the name of F cafeteria store operated by himself to C in the F cafeteria store at the time and place described in paragraph 1, as described in paragraph 1.

3. The Defendant C, a representative of the Defendant, committed the same offense as that set forth in paragraph (1) in relation to the Defendant’s business.
