Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 11, 2014, the Defendant lodged an appeal of a fine of three million won for compulsory indecent act in the Daegu District Court’s resident residence support, but on April 29, 2014, the Defendant became a person subject to registration of personal information, as it became final and conclusive on May 13, 2014 after receiving a decision to dismiss an appeal from the Daegu District Court, which became final and conclusive on April 29, 2014.

A person subject to registration of personal information shall submit personal information to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days from the date the conviction of a sex offense subject to registration becomes final.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not submit the submitted information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over the domicile until June 11, 2014, within 30 days from the date the above judgment became final and conclusive.
