A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2017, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim C who reported the above writing to the effect that he/she would sell Samsung 5’s gallon jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum jum 5 to 350,00 won.

However, the Defendant did not possess “gallon 5” smartphones, and did not have intention or ability to sell them, and was thought to receive money from the victim C to consume the Defendant’s living expenses.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim C, received 350,000 won as the price for goods from the victim C to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim C, and acquired it by means of money, as shown in the attached Table 1, as well as the statement in the attached Table 1, from around that time to June 4, 2017, received a total of KRW 1,183,000 from the victim nine by the same method, and acquired it by transfer.

The Defendant, on September 26, 2016, up to 2017, up to 4753, up to September 26, 2016, posted a letter that “to sell the king Card” on the bulletin board, and sold the said card to the victim E who reported and contacted with the Defendant.

A false statement was made.

However, the defendant did not possess a king card and did not have intention or ability to sell it, and was thought to receive money from the injured party to consume it for living expenses.

As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) received money from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account under the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim; and (c) received money from the victim; and (b) obtained money totaling KRW 795,000 from 10 to 8 December 2016 through 10 times, as described in the attached Table 2, from around that time to December 2016.
