Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On December 27, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment for perjury at the Jeju District Court on August 1, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 1, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around August 31, 2011, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would later pay the price of the goods if the goods are supplied to the victim B (the age of 38) on the construction site by delivering the tay, sanitary instruments, etc. to the construction site.”

However, at the time, the defendant was personally liable for an amount equivalent to KRW 85 million and had no intention or ability to pay the amount normally even if he was supplied with others, hygiene instruments, etc. from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received a sum of KRW 3,44,400 from August 31, 201 to September 29, 201, including various kitchens and sanitary instruments, from the victim to September 29, 201, and acquired it by deceiving the victim.

2. On March 19, 2012, the Defendant told the victim B (the age of 39) that “The Defendant would later pay the price of the goods if the goods are supplied to the construction site by delivering the tay, sanitary instruments, etc. to the construction site.”

However, at the time, the defendant was personally liable for an amount equivalent to KRW 97.9 million and had no intention or ability to pay the amount normally even if he was supplied with others, hygiene instruments, etc. from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received the sum of KRW 4,565,00 from March 19, 2012 to May 23, 2012, including various kitchens and sanitary instruments, etc., and acquired it by deceiving the victim.
