1. Attached Table 1-B among the instant lawsuits
registration for cancellation of ownership transfer registration with respect to real estate stated in the paragraph.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Party C is married with D (Death on November 19, 2012), but there is no child under the chain, and C’s sibling is E (Death on August 19, 2017), F, G, and H.
The plaintiff is the birth of C's East E, and the defendant is the birth of C's wife D.
B. (1) Although C owned each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”), as to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) (A) of the attached sheet in the attached sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) on October 1, 2013 as to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”), the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 8, 2016 for the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached list (hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the same day on the ground of donation on October 1, 2013.
(2) After completing the registration of ownership transfer on the instant old house, the Defendant removed the instant old house, and the registry on the instant old house was closed on June 5, 2015.
After the Defendant newly constructed a 2-story of 93.99 square meters on the instant land with the 2nd floor of a general wood structure, a slope, and a 2nd floor of 93.61 square meters on the instant land, and completed the registration of initial ownership on August 6, 2015 on the said housing.
C. (1) On March 7, 2013, the I Bank Deposit C opened an account (Account Number J) with the I Bank and deposited KRW 70,000,000. On October 28, 2013, the said account was terminated and deposited in total in KRW 70,38,927, and the said KRW 70,388,927 was deposited in the Defendant’s I Bank Account on October 28, 2013.
(2) On February 25, 2013, K Union Deposit C opened three accounts (each account number: L, M, and N) in the K Association and deposited total of KRW 107,890,000 (=30,000,000 won KRW 30,000,000,000 KRW 47,890,000) in each account; on February 25, 2014, each of the above accounts was terminated, and total of KRW 111,436,510 =30,90,000 +30.
