Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of three million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act from a source of a water source method, and on the same day, the Defendant received a summary order of three million won or more due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On June 14, 2015, at around 03:00, the Defendant driven a Grand Sheet under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.169% from the section of approximately 3km to the new distance in the Sin-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
