Criminal facts

On May 25, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on February 2, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence to the Busan Detention House on February 2, 2010.

1. On October 5, 201, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked lid in the order of the locks using a pipe in front of the E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in the Busan Northern-gu C market; and (b) cut off the knife with the victim’s knife lid in the order of the lock, and the victim’s knife lid in the inside (300,000 won at the market price).

2. On October 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) committed a larceny (thief) in front of the frequency of “H” in the operation of the Victim G located in Masan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) opened a lid lid in front of the “H” in the operation of the Victim G located in Masan-si, Changwon-si; and (c) laid down approximately KRW 2 kg of the market value of the victim’s possession in said lid and cut off by hand approximately KRW 30,00

4. On February 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a lid lid at a place specified in paragraph (1) in the early police officer on February 1, 2012; and (b) laid down three lids from the market price of the victim G owned by the Defendant, which was 20,000 won in his/her hand, was stolen.

5. On March 7, 2012, around 01:47, around March 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a lid of the victim satisfaction in front of the “K” operation of the victimJ located in the Masan-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) opened the lid of the victim’s lid in front of the “K” operation of the Masan-si, Changwon-si; and (c) cut off approximately KRW 200,000 of the repair cost by leaving the lid of the victim’s lid in his/her hand; and (d) cut off approximately KRW 1kg of the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged and stolen the victim's property.

6. Around March 13, 2012, the Defendant was divingd at the place indicated in paragraph 1, around March 13, 2012, when committing a crime (damage, destruction, theft).
