On March 23, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim B (53 years) who was a taxi engineer and the victim’s chest in his/her car traffic at the Namsan Stick Sticker (dong) located in 59, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, on March 23, 2016.
