On November 07, 2019, at around 00:00, the Defendant driven a fwing high 1 ton cargo vehicle with approximately 200 meters of alcohol content 0.133% under the influence of alcohol at around 00:52 on the same day from the parking lot in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to E-road in Dongjak-gu, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
