Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of 5,000,000 won and by a fine of 300,000 won, respectively.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are under divorce proceedings between the parties of the legal couple who reported marriage on May 22, 2013 or from April 15, 2016.
1. Defendant A
A. A. On March 20, 2014, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim B (n, 47 years old) who was under the influence of alcohol and is suffering from disturbance in a cell phone camera, in light of the following: (a) around March 20, 2014, the Defendant took pictures of the victim B (n, 47 years old) who was under the influence of alcohol in a state of her body while under the influence of alcohol.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using a camera, against his will.
2) On May 2016, the Defendant shown the victim’s body pictures to the non-customers by showing the victim’s body pictures, such as the victim’s body pictures taken as described in paragraph (a) 1, in light of the “F” jointly operated by the Defendant and the victim B at the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, 2016.
Accordingly, the Defendant displayed photographs taken against the victim’s will openly.
B. The Defendant, around April 26, 2016, deducted the victim B’s benefits from the F “F” from other places.
I think of it and think that the victim has been in dispute with the victim, "The father has paid his father's insurance money to the victim."
If so, it shall be discarded off from a daylights.

The Defendant interfered with his/her duties at the “F” around April 2016, and the location thereof is large to customers.
