Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person shall borrow or lend any access medium, or store, deliver or distribute such medium, with the intention of receiving, demanding or promising the payment thereof.

Nevertheless, on December 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received letters from a person who misrepresented the director B, a construction company; (b) received a proposal from the person who was infinite name, and then sent the phone to the above person; and (c) accepted the proposal that “if he/she transferred the check card connected to the passbook account, he/she would make the advance payment of KRW 2,000,000 per month in return.” (c) around 13:50 on the same day, the Defendant sent the above nameless person to Kwikset Service Articles who sent it from the trade infinite office located in the Dobong-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a building company, at his/her name and infinite, and notified him/her of the password’s identification number by telephone communications.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to pay the price, and lent the approaching media.
