A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Daegu District Court Kimcheon on January 25, 2010 to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 as a crime of violation of road traffic law (driving alcohol), and on October 7, 2015 to a fine of KRW 3,00,000 as a crime of violation of road traffic law (driving alcohol), respectively.

On July 2, 2016, at around 06:10, the Defendant driven B low-speed car with alcohol content of 0.085% while under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license from the front of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu to the front of a restaurant in the Hancheon-ro, Guro-gu, Seoul, 385.
