1. The Defendant’s KRW 206,232,694 as well as 6% per annum from May 20, 2016 to May 4, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff is a person who engages in steel scraping and wholesale and retail business with the trade name of B, and the Defendant is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing ship structures.
From November 2007 to May 201, 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with goods, such as 318,399,694 square pipes and flat iron.
B. The defendant paid only KRW 112,167,00 as the price for goods, and does not pay the remainder of the price for goods.
Accordingly, the plaintiff claims the amount of the unpaid goods and damages for delay.
