Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant with a trade name “C” in Ansan-si.

A person who sells or provides agricultural products or processed agricultural products after cooking shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to such products.

From December 12, 2014 to April 6, 2015, the Defendant purchased 8kg and 16.8kgg of Demarkic acid (100%) through the bones of Denmark (10%) through the mixture of domestic acid (60%) and Denmarkic acid (40%) from December 12, 2014 to April 6, 2015, respectively.

Nevertheless, from December 12, 2014 to July 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) falsely marked the place of origin of the bones 8.8km in Korea; and (b) prepared and sold KRW 22,64,00 in the price of KRW 1,00,00 for one person, 400, 12,000, “unscopic bones,” and (c) falsely marked the place of origin of KRW 26.0,00 in the price of KRW 280,30,000, “unscopic bones, unscopic bones,” 1,302,00 in the price of KRW 26.0,00 in Korea.
