Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay 5,965,240 won of wages of 20 workers who retired from the said workplace from around October 20, 2014 to March 17, 2015 within 14 days from the date of retirement as stated in the attached Table, including that 5,965,240 won of wages of 54,793,865 won of wages of 20 workers was not paid within 14 days from the date of each retirement.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 8293" is a medical corporation that is the representative of the W Medical Foundation World in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which employs 29 full-time workers and operates a convalescent hospital.

1. When a worker dies or retires, the employer who has violated the Labor Standards Act shall commence with the time when the cause for such payment occurred;
