Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while driving at the entrance of the Manduk-dong, Busan, which is located in the Manduk-dong, in order to avoid the cross-section, the Defendant was driving along one-way road immediately preceding the Manduk-do; and (b) had entered the Manduk-do intersection by driving along the same as the one-way road in order to avoid the cross-section; (c) had the slope C belonging to the Busan Northern Police Station and the traffic safety department discovered and conveyed the same, leading the Defendant to stop at the front of the traffic draft; (d) however, the Defendant committed assault, such as disregarding and continuing to stop, facing the damages of the victim C, who would rapidly escape from the operation of the police officer, and obstructed the legitimate performance of duties concerning traffic control by the police officer.
