Punishment of the crime

On June 6, 2012, at around 04:55, the Defendant driven a Category B car without a driver's license from a section of about 4 km from the front of the Yannam-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu to the front of the Green Hospital located in 144, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong.
