A fine of KRW 1,00,00 for the crimes No. 1 in the judgment of the defendant, and a fine of KRW 1,000,00 for the crimes No. 2 in the judgment and No. 3 in the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 25, 2017, the Defendant and the requester for an order to observe the protective order (hereinafter “Defendant”) are currently police officers working in the Daegu Sung-gu Police Station C District. From January 23, 2017 to April 11, 2017, the Defendant served together with the victim E (V, 30 years old) at the D Team of the Daegu Dong-gu Police Station D, Daegu-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant supervised the victim as a patrol team.

On March 25, 2017, at the driver's seat located in GF in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) considered the victim as deductible expenses; (b) considered the victim's left hand to be considered as deductible expenses; and (c) saw the victim's left hand over about 10 minutes with the victim's hand; and (d) saw the victim's left hand over.

As a result, the Defendant committed an indecent act against a person under the supervision of the Defendant due to his business relationship by force.

2. On March 26, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime of March 26, 2017: (a) on March 26, 2017, the Defendant was placed in the steering seat of the patrol vehicle located in Daegu-gu H on the steering seat of the patrol vehicle located in the Daegu-gu H, and, (b) on the victim’s left hand, was placed on the victim’s left hand by putting the victim’s hand on the Defendant’s left hand, and was covered by approximately five minutes of the victim’s hand on the left hand; (c) the Defendant continued to have the victim deducted his hand on the part of the victim without seeing the side when she would have “nickly left,” and (d) the Defendant reported the remote area to the victim.

3. On April 2, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) 09:30 on April 2, 2017, 201; (b) laid down from the driver’s seat in the patrol car parked in the J of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant laid down two grandchildren to the head of the patrol car in his/her body.
