Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is engaged in landscaping business, was asked to borrow money from the victim, with the victim C's starting work from the victim's Cheong-gu D's Cheong-gu D land.

The Defendant received from the victim at the end of the foregoing false statement the sum of KRW 3 million on June 19, 201, and KRW 7 million on June 23, 201 from the victim to the account in the name of former E (F).

2. On June 3, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “Iskin land owned by Cheongju-do is the land subject to compensation for Cheongju-Gu Cheongdong-gu Cheongju-gu G, which was operated by the Defendant,” to the effect that “Iskin trees and bamboo trees will be planted up until November 30, 201, when Iskin.”

However, the defendant thought that he would use the money that he received from the victim for the tree nursery work, and he did not have the intention or ability to plant seedlings on the land owned by the victim.

The Defendant received from the victim a total of KRW 3 million on June 25, 201, KRW 5 million on June 28, 2011, and KRW 9 million on July 1, 201 from the victim to the account under the above E’s name.

3. On July 201, 201, the Defendant used the victim’s street in the instant H burial, which was the first police officer.
