1. The Defendant’s KRW 404,652,023 as well as 5% per annum from October 18, 2013 to February 17, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s representative director C is the Defendant’s senior mother, and the Defendant, as the wife of C, was in charge of the Plaintiff’s accounting work from March 1, 2007 to June 10, 2013.

B. The Plaintiff simply uses the following bank accounts (hereinafter “Plaintiff bank account”).
