A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2012, at around 00:10 on July 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the D Innb operated by the Defendant of Gwangju Northern-gu, for a female sexual traffic from E, and (b) received 50,000 won from the said D Innb, the Defendant got E to have the said female sexual intercourse with the said female, thereby arranging the sexual traffic.
