Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2016, around 18:10 on April 2, 2016, the Defendant, as a company member, was in dispute with the head of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul apartment management office, staff of the management office, etc. of the said apartment, and the victim D, a police officer of the Seoul Seodaemun Police Station C police box, dispatched upon receipt of a report, did not enter his/her speech, thereby openly insulting the victim by speaking to the victim, such as the staff of the apartment management office, on the ground that the victim D, who was a police officer of the Seoul Seodaemun Police Station C police box, who was dispatched, did not enter his/her speech.
