Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) filed a false 112 report within the D District District located in Busan District, Busan District; and (b) filed a false 112 report to the trial; and (c) stated, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for about 35 minutes, including, but not limited to, 35 minutes, such as, putting them on the earth’s floor.

Accordingly, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, scrupted by very rough words and actions at government offices.

2. Around June 2, 2017, at around 03:15, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim E (45 years) of the circumstances surrounding the D District Police Station affiliated with the Busan Jindo Police Station, stating that “Iskh, Chewing, and pacta,” and publicly insulting the victim as “Iskh, Chewing, and pacta,” among many unspecified persons, including civil petitioners.
