All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the judgment of the court below and the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance that maintained by the court below against Defendant A, the court below is justified in finding the Defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case for the reasons stated in its holding, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to the credibility of confession or by exceeding the bounds

2. Defendant C’s final appeal against Defendant C is unlawful as it is apparent in the record that the subsequent appeal was filed with the intent of the filing period for final appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
