A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On August 21, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license on August 21, 2015, driven BNS car from the front side of the luxung Apartment apartment located in the Kim Jong-si, Busan Metropolitan City, to the front side of the lux BNS car at approximately 20km from the front side of the luxung-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.
