A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

3. Even after the Defendant committed the crime on November 4, 2012, the Defendant continued to speak to the victim and his/her family members as if they were detrimental to the victim, and continued to purchase sulfur via the Internet, and the victim was also aware of such fact.
