A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in office as the principal of the F School in Seoul Special Metropolitan City E, and the victim G (V, 38 years old) is in office as the principal of the middle school in the same school.

1.
