A is working from April 21, 2011 to March 31, 2014 at the site of K construction located in the Ulsan-gunJ of Ulsan-gun.

L's annual allowances of 2,124,90 won and annual allowances of 2,124,900 won and annual allowances of 2,124,900 won were not paid within 14 days from the date of occurrence of the retirement day.

[2015dan3596] Defendant B is the actual operator of F Co., Ltd. in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; Defendant A is the joint representative of F Co., Ltd. with Defendant B as the professional operator of F Co., Ltd.; Defendant B is the joint representative of F Co., Ltd. who employs more than 150 full-time workers.

Defendants conspired to serve at the G construction site located in Incheon Spojin-gun M, which is performed by the F, from August 15, 2012 to August 10, 2014, and with respect to employees who retired from the N's retirement pay of KRW 7,781,270, and KRW 7,904,730 from July 16, 2012 to June 25, 2014, and KRW 14,782,650, and KRW 11,738,50 from August 20, 2012 to March 11, 2014, who retired from office while serving until February 2, 2012 to June 15, 2014.
