1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 56,200,000 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from April 12, 2019 to the date of full payment.

On November 30, 2018, Defendant B confirmed that the Plaintiff is obligated to pay KRW 116,200,000 to the Plaintiff, and agreed to pay that amount.

At the time, Defendant C guaranteed the above loan debt of Defendant C at the time.

(A) The defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 56,200,000 won remaining after subtracting 60,000 won from the amount of the above loan 116,200,000 won and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 12% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 12, 2019 to the date of the delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the date of full payment.
