The Defendant is the driver of Lone Star vehicle B.

On October 21, 2017, around 22:54, the Defendant driven the said vehicle in the state of approximately 2.2 km alcohol concentration of 0.093% from the front day of the Joseon Gambro cafeteria, which is located in the Gu department of the members of Ansan-si, to the front day of the Joseon Gambro 39-ro, Gan-ro, a 39-ro, a two km road in the Gu department of the same Gu.
