On October 13, 2017, the Defendant driven at around 1 kilometer B in the name of C from October 22, 2017 to about 2nd of the bus stop located on the same surface, in the direction of alcohol content of 0.140 percent among the blood transfusion around 22:0, to the front of the bus stop located on the 2nd of the land of the same side.
