1. The Defendant’s disciplinary action for one month of salary reduction that the Plaintiff rendered on May 19, 2014 shall be revoked.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a police officer who was appointed as a policeman on March 21, 1992 and served in the Seoul Yangcheon Police Station B District on December 1, 2012. From May 24, 2014 to May 24, 2014.
B.
