Punishment of the crime

[Basic Facts] Defendant A is an operator of E amusement establishments located in Sinpo City D, and Defendant B is an employee of the above amusement establishments.

[Criminal facts]

1. No one shall engage in the business of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for the joint crime committed by the Defendants;

Nevertheless, on June 20, 2016, Defendant A received 280,000 won from two male customers who were found in the above E, and entered the above singing room 1 room.
