Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 20" is a person who operates a camping site in the name of "D" at the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Seoul.

A person who installs a building or facility that discharges sewage (hereinafter referred to as "building, etc.") under the provisions of Article 34 (1) of the Sewerage Act shall install a private sewage treatment facility solely or jointly.

Nevertheless, on August 11, 2015, the Defendant discharged wastewater without permission without permission without installing a personal sewage treatment facility (in excess of 2 cubic metres) in the camping site (5m x 10m) around 13:15, 200, one shower, one repair unit, and one repair unit.
