Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2013, at around 17:07, the Defendant driven a Category 3 motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.195% in blood alcohol concentration at around the 171-gil 42-20 Do, from the front of the Yacheon apartment in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the 171-gil 42-20 Do, with the same city located in the same city.
