Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, on June 10, 2016, were unable to obtain permission for the business of a game room in their name from Defendant A, upon request from Defendant B, and operated the said game room in the name of Defendant B, with approximately 67.90 square meters of a building located in Thai-si from around 10th of the same month to approximately 67.90 square meters of a building in Thai-si, Thai-si, and 40 square meters of a game machine connected thereto, and Defendant B registered the business of “F computer game room” in the name of Defendant B as an Internet computer game facility industry.

From November 2016, when Defendant B opened a game room in the above game room and conduct business such as money exchange against customers, Defendant A confirmed the status of the game room from time to time to time, and the situation of the customers’ exchange with cell phoness, when the problem arises in the gap PC and monitoring, resolved the problem, have the tabbs p and the tabs play the game, and have the tabs play the game in the game room, and if Defendant B does not do so, the Defendants conspired to commit the crime by bringing some of the proceeds of the game room by doing business such as money exchange in the game room.

From early December 2016 to March 30 of the same month, the Defendants conspired to register the business place of “F computer game room” in Thai City E as an Internet computer game facility manufacturing industry, and actually run a general game providing business without obtaining permission from the head of Thai City, by storing the game products “THE SONOKNG” in the above game 40 unit, and collecting 10,000 won for five minutes from many unspecified customers.

(b) Anyone who exchanged a game product into money shall use the game product.
